Universal Exogenous qPCR positive Control for Qualitative validation (IPC & SPC):

Real-Time PCR assays are prone to inhibition by various substances found in many samples (clinical, soil, plant…). Carryover of reagents used for the isolation of nucleic acids can also inhibit amplification reactions. Other causes of false-negative results include target nucleic acid degradation, sample processing errors and thermocycler malfunction. Our qPCR Housekeeping Control kits cover the whole relative expression range, from low expression level to very high expression level. Each set has been functionally validated and optimised to a PCR efficiency of 95-100 %, when combined with Eurogentec qPCR MasterMixes and Core kits.

Our 18S rRNA FAM-TAMRA qPCR control kits have been designed to work with cDNA. It is also available with a Yakima Yellow® labelled probe. Moreover it also works with gDNA. The 18S rRNA qPCR control kits contain enough reagents for up to 250 - 50 µl reactions using Human, rat, mouse or rabbit cDNA. The 18S rRNA qPCR control kits contain 18S primer mix, 18S FAM-TAMRA probe and Human genomic DNA tubes.
This control has a very high relative expression level.
