The universal Reverse Transcriptase Core kit can be combined with each qPCR Core kit or qPCR MasterMix available from Eurogentec. As the RT buffer and the PCR buffer are harmonized, optimal results will be obtained with this combination. The Reverse Transcriptase Core kit contains enough reagents for up to 300 - 10 µl reactions, using the EuroScript RT enzyme and the RNase Inhibitor. The kit contains a 10x buffer, dNTP mix, EuroScript, RNase Inhibitor and 25 mM MgCl2, oligo d(T) primers, random nonamers and RNase free water tubes.
