Anti-Llama IgG
Camelids produce 3 types of Immunoglobulin G. IgG1 are conventional antibodies, while IgG2 and IgG3 are single-chain antibodies (ScAbs), lacking the light chains and CH1 domains. To facilitate the detection and/or the isolation of specific IgG subtypes from the serum of immunized animals Eurogentec offers anti-llama IgG1 and anti-llama IgG2/3 secondary antibodies labeled with biotin, R-PE or unlabeled.
Anti-VHH
ScAbs bind their antigen through a unique domain called VHH. We provide a premium anti-VHH polyclonal antibody which is broad VHH-specific, as it binds to and allows for the detection of VHHs from different germline sequence families.
It is available unlabeled or labeled with HiLyte™ Fluor 488 and may be used in several applications including IHC.
